PROCEEDINGS. - Dugdales foreclosed a trust deed on which the Beards were trustors. A TRO was issued on Beards' motion, which was later dissolved and a preliminary injunction was denied. Dugdales moved for payment from the injunction bond and attorney fees, and the court granted their motion. RESULT. - Affirmed, but modified as to fees. Per Jackson; Davidson & Greenwood concur.
